Century Mark
Monday, May 5th, 2008I can lift as heavy and as hard as I want, but I don’t feel the pump at the end unless I do a Century Mark. I remember the century mark from high school. At the end of my work out I pick an excerise and do it for a 100 reps. I have used medium weights but have to drop down once I hit 50. This excerise literally makes me want to cry! I have added it to my workouts since I have started back up. Both my workout partner and I both crying out loud and realizing the pump we get from it! I think I have made better gains in not just my lifts, but also my definition! Try it and tell me what you think!! Just make sure you pick a weight that is not to light.
