Starting to fill out well.  Hopefully my body continues to cooperate.  I should be really competitive if I can get a pump tomorrow lol

Well, my mood has improved tenfold.  I don’t know how much is due to the relief that it will all be over soon, and how much is due to the two pounds of pasta (pre-cooked weight) I’ve eaten today and yesterday :D

Had my first pro-tan experience this morning.  I haven’t taken a shower yet, so we’ll see how much is left after I wash the "excess" off.  I’ll apply another coat tonight after a shower, and wash again quickly in the morning.

It’s amazing how much better I look after 1 lousy coat of ProTan and a few carbs.  I’m starting to see how I’ll look on stage.  So far, I’m happy with my decisions (I’m prepping alone), however I think I started carbing up too late, AND I guess I didn’t exfoliate enough.  That’s okay though, because the Dream Tan should take care of that come Saturday.

Tomorrow I’m going to try to eliminate fiber and veggies.  I didn’t care yesterday or today, but they sure do temporarily bloat me.  All of my carbs will be coming from salt-free rice cakes, raisins, and other "low" fiber sources.

I’ve already planned my entire eating schedule for Saturday morning leading up to judging.  Starting at 2am, 30-40g carbs every 2 hours, and I plan on having some dark chocolate, espresso beans and PB before prejudging to help fill me out a bit.  I can’t screw this up - my severe depleting has left me looking flat, but if I can manage to keep a pump Saturday, I should be in good condition.

even if i do terrible in my competition saturday, i will have to say this experience has really tested my strength and will.

i really didn’t want to compete at this point, and i’m going through the range of pre-contest emotions.  with only 10g of carbs today, i felt like shit physically as well.  tomorrow is another "0" carb day, and if i can make it through things should start to pick up by wednesday.  i can begin carbing up, shaving, tanning, etc. and just focus on saturday.

i plan on taking some pictures friday afternoon - hopefully i’ll have most of my color by then, as well as be able to hold a pump for more than 30 seconds.

i’ve been out of contact with my prep guy for a few weeks at this point - pray for me!

would love some feedback on my last post in the Teen section.  It’s probably not the best place to have posted, but it’s directed at them after all.  I discuss a lot of what they’re told constantly by other members, but provide reasoning behind it in an attempt to stop the constant bombardment of beginner questions.

I passed!

Took my PT certification exam this morning and killed it in under 90 minutes!  Too bad I have to go back out to suffolk for school, the head PT at my gym told me he would have hired me in two seconds =(

I don’t want to wait till next summer!

ok, now I have to get back to reality and cut chickens for the next 10 hours of my day.  Off to work.
