Well, my mood has improved tenfold. I don’t know how much is due to the relief that it will all be over soon, and how much is due to the two pounds of pasta (pre-cooked weight) I’ve eaten today and yesterday
Had my first pro-tan experience this morning. I haven’t taken a shower yet, so we’ll see how much is left after I wash the "excess" off. I’ll apply another coat tonight after a shower, and wash again quickly in the morning.
It’s amazing how much better I look after 1 lousy coat of ProTan and a few carbs. I’m starting to see how I’ll look on stage. So far, I’m happy with my decisions (I’m prepping alone), however I think I started carbing up too late, AND I guess I didn’t exfoliate enough. That’s okay though, because the Dream Tan should take care of that come Saturday.
Tomorrow I’m going to try to eliminate fiber and veggies. I didn’t care yesterday or today, but they sure do temporarily bloat me. All of my carbs will be coming from salt-free rice cakes, raisins, and other "low" fiber sources.
I’ve already planned my entire eating schedule for Saturday morning leading up to judging. Starting at 2am, 30-40g carbs every 2 hours, and I plan on having some dark chocolate, espresso beans and PB before prejudging to help fill me out a bit. I can’t screw this up - my severe depleting has left me looking flat, but if I can manage to keep a pump Saturday, I should be in good condition.
