It’s amazing to me how easily I lose weight. I’m sure there are plenty of people who would love to have my metabolism, however I find it more a burden than a blessing.
I’ve started going back to the gym after an extended hiatus. Working nights has really sucked me dry of energy and motivation, but I’m going to work hard at getting to the gym more regularly. I’m going to be visiting here more frequently for motivation and will be posting updates.

Ever since I went on vacation back in July, my motivation to workout has been pretty low. On top of the vacation, my work schedule has changed and I’m now working nights. This is making my gym going a big troublesome.While I’ve gone off and on, I haven’t really had a very strict schedule.
This week I started getting back into my usual routine. I worked out Monday and Tuesday, but decided to take today off. I woke up pretty sore and thought it best to take the day to recover. I’m feeling good and my motivation is high!
