Friday, November 7th, 2008I can’t seem to get back at the weights, I will have to make a solid 2 week, consistant effort to get myself hooked again. I have been doing the fitness class and it has been surprisingly hard on my legs due to the amount of practice I have been doing. I have added two days of cardio and one day of total body weights, maybe I will just add a day a week for the next month!
