Time off
Friday, October 3rd, 2008I have been taking time off of my program for a while now. I have been really busy over the past two months, had the Can Fit Pro conference in the middle of August and Body Flow training last weekend. It seems like the summer just flew by!! I will be taking the next few weeks off of serious weight training to focus on training and team teaching to be a Body Flow instructor. Other than that nothing too exciting going on……just getting ready to go into hibernation mode for winter!
