Well yesterday was shoulders, triceps and traps at the gym and i hit them all pretty hard and then i had practice last night for about 2 hours which was tough because i use my shoulders and triceps alot when breakdancing. as for today it was back day and i did a kinda of easy back work just mostly focusing on squeezing the back muscles. and tonight i’m gonna rest and go to the hot tub because i have to do a show tomorrow at 10 am.
