Well yesterday was shoulders, triceps and traps at the gym and i hit them all pretty hard and then i had practice last night for about 2 hours which was tough because i use my shoulders and triceps alot when breakdancing. as for today it was back day and i did a kinda of easy back work just mostly focusing on squeezing the back muscles. and tonight i’m gonna rest and go to the hot tub because i have to do a show tomorrow at 10 am.

well it was chest day at the gym for me and i worked out on my lunch hour at work. so when i got to the gym i dont mess around because i only have so much time to train i streatched out my chest and started my warm up set on incline bench and then did 4 working sets. next i moved to the hammer strenght flat press for another 4 working sets, next i did 4 working sets of pec fly machine and finished with 4 sets of incline dumbell flyes with a few presses at the end of each set. then i did abs 2 sets of knee raises and 2 sets of crunches on the ab board. all in all i feel it was a good workout i’m taking it kinda easy this week because i have a breakdance battle in phoenix this weekend so i also practiced in the afternoon for about 2 1/2 hours which is good cardio.
