Damn, Everytime I take progress pics I am never, never satisfied! That’s good, but hell I’ve really been hitting it hard and I don’t know if all this extra "flab" will ever go away (refer to my Avatar pic)!
Every now and then I just get really tired of not making a "dent" so to speak in those stubborn areas, who else is with me! I’ve never been one to resort to surgerys or anything like that, hell I’ve dropped 100+lbs all on my own, through blood, sweat and tears (not so much tears) but damn I can’t pretend that the easy way out doesn’t sound tempting sometimes.
O well, time to stop bitching (everyone needs to every now and then) and get back the task at hand…..getting the body that I know I freakn’ deserve.
Peace!

Whoa! The crud is finally leaving me!!!!! Thursday was the "300" Day! I actually did 350 reps total, but man that kicked my ass! I was really, really wroked at the end. It took me about 45mins to complete the whole workout but I was shaking at the end.
Today I hit the free wieghts and cardio. I did total body and a high intensity cardio work out. The whole thing took me about 1hr 45min (which might have been to long, but I get to rest the next 2 days!), but I feel really good right now….tired, but good.
Well it’s the weekend and it’s time to rest up and get ready to hit it hard come Monday!!
Peace!

Well I’ve been fighting a bad cold with ALOT of congestion since this past weekend. I tried to workout on Monday and almost lost a lung in the process, Tuesday I actually completed a workout (still almost losing a lung). I tried to get my cardio in after my lifting on Tuesday but my coughing spells were not having it.
So that leads to today. I still have a bit of cough and congestion but not as bad as the last two days. I feel like crap because my last two "workouts" haven’t been what I’m use to doing (due to all the coughing and hacking up a lung!). So I’ll try today to get a good complete body workout ending in a good cardio session.
It’s really been frustrating because I’ve been trying to change up my routine (it’s gotten really boring and cardio 5 days a week is really getting to me). I guess trying to change it up on a week when my health isn’t really 100% wasn’t a good idea, but I will continue to truck on. The plan is to go from a 5 day lifting/cardio workout 2 days rest to a 3day total body lifting/cardio 2 "300" type routine, 2 days rest routine (yes the article on LiftRite has inspired me). I tried the 300 workout and I was dying by the end, It was like I got all my lifting and cardio at once and I was feeling it.
Well that’s it for now, I hope today’s workout is a good one and I hope that I can finally get over this crud and start tearing it up again!
Peace!
