i am now at 116.5!!! i have been trying so hard and instead of seeing good results im seeing the opposite of what i want happen… y is this?!? it pisses me off that i am doing everythingright (i think) and still doing bad.

even tho your weight went up it might be muscle gain which weighs more than fat so dont be upset so fast. Have you taken any measurements? maybe that is the way to go to see if you actually lost fat. My weight fluctuates so much up an down all the time, but measurements of my stomache keep going down except for today they went up an inch.. weekends are always tough for me to stay on track.
I second what slvrwolf1 said, it could be a muscle gain, or maybe water, it doesnt have to be the negative gain of fat! Have you (or do you) measure bodyfat?

While it is good to embrace good health; I think you need counseling. You ave not even finished growing at 16.

Muscle does weigh around 1.5 times as much as body fat, you are gaining more muscle mass with your workouts which is a good thing.
