i am now at 116.5!!! i have been trying so hard and instead of seeing good results im seeing the opposite of what i want happen… y is this?!? it pisses me off that i am doing everythingright (i think) and still doing bad.

i drink. i know its “bad” but my concern is its chubbing factors..beer belly anyone?? i drink anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week… no, i DRINK. like as in 4 or more beers.. at least twice a month i get SHIT FACE DRUNK. i mean, puking everywhere, no memories of the evnt. now, the mental stuff is a whole nother subject, but i wanna know what im supposed to do other then, “stop drinking” i mean, im gonna be FAT right??? i mean, if i dont stop drinking? and if your going to comment and say, “just stop drinking” then tell me how cuz ive been doing this for 1 1/2 yrs and tried stopping be4…

ok..i used to go to the gym AT LEAST 5x weekly and i also ate a lot of very healthy foods..protien dense, nutritional foods..lately though, i have been hitting the gym 1 or 2 times a week…also i used to spend at least an hour there and now, only 30-40 min..
i need to get dedicated again and this is my start..WAKE UP!
there. now, im getting back into routine..
you’ll see!

ok, i know, i really chose a dumb name and i do regret it…i was just in a self-doubting mood…
i pretty much used the first thing that entered my mind though..if would have just thought about it, it would have been much better..(and probably more positive)
