<p> I workout with weights 5 days a week, 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. This way my routine as far as muscle groups varies in rotation every week. I&#8217;d be glad to answer any questions that people may have. I enjoy working out and that is the reason I hit the gym, I feel better, more confident and even though currently I don&#8217;t have a family or kids, I want to be able to still play against my teenage kids in sports without feeling like I may die at the end of it. lol. I like the feeling of being in shape.</p>
