Hi all
Hi all, im new to this blog thing so bare with me.
I workout with weights 5 days a week, 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. This way my routine as far as muscle groups varies in rotation every week. I’d be glad to answer any questions that people may have. I enjoy working out and that is the reason I hit the gym, I feel better, more confident and even though currently I don’t have a family or kids, I want to be able to still play against my teenage kids in sports without feeling like I may die at the end of it. lol. I like the feeling of being in shape.

hey! congrats on ur first blog. I must say that i have no kids either and find it much easier to train too. I admire everyone with kids who works out and does so darn well too. ,,,,, Plus they have hotter body’s then me - so i’ve got no excuse!
