Finding my workout mojo again
I have been really bored with my gym lately and as a Gold's member there's multiple locations so I decided to try another location. THere's three in the area and one is pretty sucky so I won't go there. That location is only good if you feel like doing cardio. There's a ton of classes, which is good for class people, which I used to be.
The location is always go to is awesome for lifting. I love the variety of weight and cardio equipment. I've just been in a funk lately.
So I tried out the third location and I'm so glad I did. I would totally go there again. It's great. Come fall when I try to cut I plan to go there more because there's a cardio theater, which will make cardio Movie-Time. Yeah! Can't beat that. It is pretty similar as far as the weight equipment. I don't feel there's quite as much but it's all in excellent condition and there is an acceptable amount of weights.
I have only tried it once and I don't know how busy it is on a daily basis but on Friday night no one was there. I suppose I'm kind of lame for going to the gym on Friday night. I should be out with friends but I love the gym! I just wish my friends loved it as much as I do. When I find a friend who does, we are going to BFFs!Â
Also I bought a two-year subscription to Oxygen too. I've read some issues here and there but for the next two years it's mine. Sweet! I 'm pretty excited to get my first copy. I can't wait. I hope it helps me freshen up my workouts and maybe work on my diet too. That's a tough area for me always, diet. I'm never sure what to do now as I'm bulking yet don't want to be obese in the process.
So anyhow, I'm excited again.
I go to a Gold's as well. I don't like the one I go to as the "element" isn't the best and the equipment is half used up AND the mentality of some of the people just sucks eggs, but I an addicted. The other two I could go to are just too far out of the way for me. I go right after work. But I too go to the gym on Friday evenings. Best time to go.
Sounds like you do have a plan going and you are finding your mojo again. Keep at it.
