It has been a year since I started my self transformation, I have lost almost 40 lbs, but have double if not more in my weights and exercises. My body fat has gone from 26 % to 18% and dropping more (competition in 15 weeks). I am excited, nervous and ready!! I am proof that if you put your mind to it you can do it. It takes hard work and dedication but it is worth it in the end!!!

I have listed supplements that i have heard are good to take. I am just curious if this is too much, or multiplies of things that are not necessary. Please help!

I have been hitting the gym for a little over six weeks, have lost approx. 15 pounds, but i feel like i lost more (most likely because of the muscle I have put on) I train with someone 3 times a week, and do a couple days myself. I am thinking that i may be ready to compete in May, which is almost 5 months sooner than I expected it to take! I am proud of how well I have been doing with the eating clean and have never felt so good! I look forward to whats to come!
