Hello,
Suffered a complete left bicep distal tendon rupture a month ago, had surgery to repair it three weeks ago and am currently dealing with the aftermath. I have been doing one sided back chest and arm workouts since the injury. Some may think that is crazy but I would go crazy if I didn’t. Today I worked legs!!! I used to dislike leg today now it is my favorite day. I can work out almost unrestrained and it feels great. Today I did leg presses until i threw up!
