preparing for my first contest and it looks like i am going to come in under my desired weight. but i guess everyone thinks like that

my right lat is smaller than my left ive tried one hand pull ups and one hand pull downs nither worked any suggestions

Did shoulders 2day db presses were weak maybe I’ll bounce back next week not a bad workout though did hiit cardio for 20 minutes

now that i rest more my upper body stats have went up but dead lifts and squats went down squats went down because i started doing full squats dead lifts i think because its following a leg day lower quads better
