Well, still no change. Still little, still skinny and still doing the wrong things. Been a little stressed lately. Been affecting me getting going. Going to start from the beginning. Have been eating more, but the stress and activities just burns it all away. Going to adjust for higher intake and reduce the activity a little. Go for weight and target less reps (actually going to add weights now that workout area is almost ready). Believe this will do what I need. We’ll see in 30 days.

Still got the same weight but keeping to change of diet and maintaining exercise. Change will come about soon. Adjust supplements (daily) to increase vitamin needs. Things will be coming soon enough. The benefits of healthier living is my current reward. Also, stop smoking is set for this Saturday (8/25). This should help all the way around.

Well, making changes. I’ve modified my daily activities. At the moment, just doing old Navy exercises (worked before) while I modify a workout are. diet is the big change. Gone from 2-3 meals to include 3 good meals and 2-3 protein shakes a day. just made the changes Sunday and I’ve added 2 pounds back on. I’ve also included fish to my diet. Now, to take this from a change to a daily portion of my life. Also, should have the workout area ready over the weekend. Til next time.

I’ve bounced back and forth w/ body building. When I go to the gym, they say I’m doing the right things. My biggest drawback is lack of diet. Most of the time I’m just not hungry. Not sure how to get over that hurdle. At 18 I was 127 and gained to 165 in the Navy is 2 months. I’ve lost all of it and am back to 132 now. Normally fluctuate about 130 to 140. I really liked being 165. What kind of diet items help to gain but feel heavy when I eat? Found some great info already and I’m going to get to where I want to be. Eat, stop smoking and exercise will be my key to success.
