UPDATE ON TRAINING
Well its Sunday Bout to Start The Week Off Freshh..
Just Finished My First Week Of 6am Cardio… Reallly Fatigued I Guess im Not use to it
but hopefullly Starting tomorrow Ill be Good Took The Weekend Off too
My SHoulder is Starting to hurt again sucks dunno what happend but i guess ima stick to cable flys to maintain my chest
everything else is good!!
Tri’s are comin in!! legs are getting stronger and shaping up slowly but strength comin in instead of shape but its all good!
New Max on thursday!! 100lbs 15 reps each arm on the DB Standing Military I was Just Thinking About these dudes in the gym Mean muggin the **** outta me.. So i was like man **** THIS!! ignited my fire nawmeen!! picked up the weight just started throwin the **** up!!
