Well its Sunday Bout to Start The Week Off Freshh..
Just Finished My First Week Of 6am Cardio… Reallly Fatigued I Guess im Not use to it
but hopefullly Starting tomorrow Ill be Good Took The Weekend Off too
My SHoulder is Starting to hurt again sucks dunno what happend but i guess ima stick to cable flys to maintain my chest
everything else is good!!
Tri’s are comin in!! legs are getting stronger and shaping up slowly but strength comin in instead of shape but its all good!
New Max on thursday!! 100lbs 15 reps each arm on the DB Standing Military I was Just Thinking About these dudes in the gym Mean muggin the **** outta me.. So i was like man **** THIS!! ignited my fire nawmeen!! picked up the weight just started throwin the **** up!!

mate im not being funny or anything yeah but there is no way that you can have muscles that being a toned without using steroids or muscle inhansments like extra protein for the muscle to grow fater yeah any way boi just sayin cuz ive been lifting wights for 3 years and mine are tonned but not big like urs att all so just sayin

and if youve been lifting for 3 yrs? maybe you lift shitty form, or you just dont have good genes…or maybe you don’t bust your as in the gym… or maybe you do whatever everyone else does.. and you dont kno what lifts are correct for you….just saying…

nahh i know how to di it cuz for the last 2 years i have had a personal trainer. its called life time for fitness and i do bust my asss in the gym yeah so its prob just geenes cuz i do it the right way enoguh weight and enoguh reps. to make your muscle biigger you need to isolate the muscle. a way to tone muscle it to tense your muscle while you are lifting the weight up i aint stupid… ite how long have you been lifting for then… and by the way you are alot older than me so thats another factor.

I DID DEADLIFT 225X 10 3 SETS THEN 285X 2
THEN BENT OVER ROWS 225X 10 SETS THEN 285X 5 FOR 2 SETS
THEN T-BAR WENT 3 PLATES WARM UP 15 REPS, 4 PLATES 10 REPS, 5 FOR 10, THEN 6 PLATES FOR 6
THEN SEATED ROW 300 FOR 7 REPS 3 SETS
THEN CLOSE GRIP PULL DOWN I DID 210 FOR 10 REPS THEN 265 FOR 10 REPS THEN 300 FOR 8 REPPSS

damn tell me why people gotta hate, i made a video for myself to look back everyday and tell my self damn im weak damn im little, watching my self makes me wanna get bigger and stronger thats why i made the video
not for someone to tell me, you need to do some real lifts, and use my back more on the bicep curl.
WTF holler at me when you throw some 100lbs DBS over your head and press that shit, and real lifts wtf REAL LIFTS come on now wtf am i doing then? not lifting? not doing real lifts? you tell me. i mean im not mad ima laughing at all the haters shit it just fuels my lifts even more. so when you can throw 100dbs up holla at me!!
