i’m fed up with "natural" bodybuilding, and i can honestly say i might not ever compete again.  I certainly will never support a natural show ever again, or invest any time towards something that ridiculous in my life.  the organizations are mainly at fault and don’t care about the joke of how easy it is to not be natural. all they care about is money, including the promoters.  integrity has just been thrown out the window. i cannot deal with it anymore.  if i was to ever compete again, it would probably be in the NPC and i would rather get last place in a league where anything goes, than win a show against "nattties".   i love bodybuilding as a lifestyle and will continue on that life long trek of never being satisfied and a hunger to look better than yesterday.  however, i’m ashamed of 95 percent of people in the "sport" (glorified man beauty pagaent)  and my props goes to the always natural competitors out there.

I have nothing against gear, and one day i might go down that road…who knows, i am still debating it.   There are so oooooooo many users that give it a bad name, or just look shit no matter how much they inject themselves.  They ruin it for so many of us that could use it  in a positive manner.  I guess time will tell, but for now, i’ll just use those retards a pre workout and intra workout motivator.  and by retards i mean juicers with huge shoulders and arms but no legs, and the "natural" bodybuilders who ****ing cheat. scumbags, walk into oncoming traffic as soon as you possibly can.

i’m about 3 lbs off of the weight class i was kinda hoping to look good and big and ripped for…so i guess 3lbs i can lose, my objective is for that mirror to tell me what to do, but since im close to being as cut as possible for what i’ve done diet wise. it wont’ hurt to drop 3 lbs for the shows…its prob just water anyways. im keeping my diet fluctuating from 2k calories a day, up to 3 k a day, usually up and down in between for 5 days….seems to be workin. metabolism is still going and im still thinning out.

I ordered large posing trunks cuase my mediums were a little tight last year and i ripped them this year just to see if they would fit for my own personal posing practices at home. no luck. anyways, got the new ones, two different cuts, and i can say i should got XL and or find a custom tailor for these jobbers. im def not a one size fits all guy, and by that i mean, i have larger glutes than most dudes my height/weight. its a little frustrating bulking cause my legs and waist are small but my ass makes it impossible for most pants and or shorts to fit me right…its funny, i gotta get like 38 waist pants and use a belt and really tighten up the pants…even tho my waist only gets up to about 34 inches…. ok done ranting, i just hate how low cut all these posing trunks are,  even with larges you can pretty much see the base of what im trying to cover up by wearing my man thongs. hahhaahahhahhahaa

im cutting salt outta my diet, well added salt anyways…still not refraining from some natural salts in food already…but man o man, am i watery !!! wow.  can’t not get rid of this water between my muscle and skin…

4 weeks left, definitely going to be doing some "re-adjusting" to my program.  not shredding up fast enough, but i’m diligent and i’m strict, and never cheated…so whats the problem here?? gonna try manipulating my diet a little, i think i dieted too hard and that slowed my metabolism…YIKES!!! so im adding more carbs here and there.  Also, im double shotting the cardio 5 days a week and still doing a single session over the weekend on my rest days.

I’m a few days short of a month into my diet now, and i am feeling like its not going fast enough this time around.  I have been a little to dependent on almonds for fat, and there so damn good that i can’t just have 1 or 2 servings a day…  i guess in the world of cheating while dieting, that is a pretty silly thing to worry about.  but, i am looking a lot leaner, even people i see every day say so. Besides cutting some of the fat, i am going to do 2 low carb (100g) days and then 1 high carb (225-250g) day.  I was doing 3 low to every 1 high, and i think i was depleting too hard and my muscles were looking too flat. my mirror is my main tool to use on judging my progress, but the scale is also utilized but only as a small tool in this process.  I’m losing a little over 2 lbs a week and that is on par i guess.  I have a serious addiction to lo-carb Monsters and i am not ashamed.  i’ll keep adding weekly progress pictures, and to anyone who is interested, keep checking back.

diet season

well, its diet season for me again .  . the fall is now going to be when i know low body fat.  chicken, broccoli and oatmeal is what im stuck on as of now.  i add hard boiled eggs too and lots of protein supplementation, as well as caffeine.  only about 2 weeks into it, and its def starting to affect my training now. leg days are brutal, and im doing 3 low carb days then one high, and by low i mean 100, and by high i mean 225-275…just to see what happens. . see how my body responds. i don’t use the scale to judge my progress, but i have lost only 5 pounds since the start and thats about my target to not lose to much muscle. but its all in the magic mirror mirror on the wall that is my true  judge. i will try to post pics every 2 weeks of progress.

im dieting pretty hard once again, getting pretty cut up, but i can’t help but train heavy still.  i keep staying in the 12-15 range, but training DAmn hard.  2 X a day, and i hardly ever take a rest day, im gaining muscle, cutting body fat, and doing high intensity low rest period training.  i have not felt like i have overtrained once in my 7 .5  months of training.  i got sick last week, but it had been a few years since that has happened where i have been bed ridden, so my progress pics are a little past do.  i will be taking them weekly from now til 11-3 which is the main contest im preparing for. tilapia, broccoli, and oatmeal are going to be my staple in my diet, and still going to do random high carb days and some days where i add potatoes and chicken breast.  this is a way of life, but by no means my profession so i don’t see why i need to go thru hell if i can get close to the same results with some enjoyment, im hoping to find out another constest to do around this one so i can get more experience, but no one seems to want to talk to me about this….hmmm.. wierd. ok, bye.

dieting update

as of now its been about a month of dieting, and im seeing dramatic results already, and 2 different caliper 7 point tests show me being around 10 percent….slighty under .  with 94 days to go to contest, i think i can slow my diet down and add some more carbs and calories and enjoy life, add some sauce to my chicken, maybe some cheese here and there on sandwiches.  have a gatorade after a workout…and see how it does for about a month, and then back to the hard stuff.
