Everyone at work got a free testing, so it was nice to see where I’m at since I really didn’t know.

Blood Pressure - 124/67

Cholesterol - HDL:34, Total 127

Glucose - 99

So I’m a little low on the diastolic blood pressure and could get my HDL up a little more. Really happy about the cholesterol overall though and blood sugar.
