Man it’s been awhile since I wrote anything up. Still in the thick of my divorce. Things are pretty nuts lately and I am having to jump through alot of hoops for my son and I so we can see my daughter. Kole and I haven’t got to see her in some time and it bums us both out pretty bad. I am sure with a lot of perseverence we will get to see her again. I have not been working out in some time but find myself not falling off in terms of losing all my gains and getting all fat. Rather the contrary. I lost weight on the stress diet! Currently I am living in a new home my girlfriend and I have purchased together. She’s awesome and I’m completely in love with her….I know, I know, honey moon phase and all that. We both have faced unsurmountable odds and stress but yet we come out together and feel these odds we face just make our relationship stronger. We have had our share of problems and are able to communicate our thoughts effectively and deal with these issues very well. It’s a welcome change to have the respect and admiration of the woman whom I share a roof with. I have found a couple of bad ass MMA gyms locally and will sign my son and I up soon. I think it will be fun to do that with him. He still talks about wanting to work out and such and points out nutritional facts on different foods we eat. I find that a bit to much and he understands that he doesn’t need to worry about calories and such right now. He says he knows but likes to look them up just to see. 7 years old and always full of surprises. The coolest thing happened last night and Ashlie (girlfriend) sat and read a through a ton of my blogs I’ve written here and actually enjoyed them! I was so happy to have garnered her interests here and have her actually want to read them! She comments on my body alot and makes really makes me feel good about all my work. She has also offered to support my nutritional habits and cook things paticular to my goals I want to achieve. She is simple and understanding of my situation and is still happy living without all the luxuries of a full functional family. Ashlie has 2 boys which are really smart and always full of surprises too. Yep that’s right, when all our kids are together in one place that’ll be 4 children all under 7 years of age! We know it’s crazy but really love each other and vow to do whatever it takes to make this workout and raise the children in a good environement. She really means alot to me. I miss blogging here evey morning after my workouts but I’m confident that is short lived. I also miss all of you guys here helping me along. You guys have been and are some of the greatest driving forces in my life and I want to take a moment to thank all of you who stop by and support me!

THANK YOU!!!!

I will again as I said before try to get back her from time to time soon. We are all still trying to find our grove so far.

Man it’s been a long time since I could get on hear at will! It’s been driving me nuts. I wish I could do better than just giving a shout out here but for starters I would like to thank Jaruba, Mrdead and Cricket for popping in to see how I was doing. It was real nice to see that during the brief moments I was abe to drop in and check my profile! I had a workout partnet come and work out with me in the gym at 4AM which I moved to 4 from 3 so he could make it. It was fun and inspiring while it lasted but I think the volume and consisitency were the 2 killers for him. I am happy though I am finally at the point in my training where Mr.Average can’t just sit down and do my whole regimen without any prior training. It seems like a bench mark to me that not just any person can do your regimen and have just excused themselves from a large turkey dinner to go do a light workout with you. I mean you ut in the time expecting to get gains and how deterring is that to have someone else make your workout you’ve been doing for a year look easy?! Nope, I prefer the "your crazy" comment.
So now I am at the point I was last winter and feel really good but in a different way. For the first time ever I feel more solid. Like I have a deeper strength that’s not just show. I also feel like when I’m lifting I alot more connected with the muscle I am working out and can actually feel and see my muscle working. It’s a nice change.
My 7 year old son and 15 month daughter are awesome and inspire me on a daily basis. I observedmy daughters perfect natural little squat and actually learned alot from it as a member here once said to do LOL!! They are perfect little squatters. My son is still anxious to get intot he gym wth me and has gone so far as to be ready in his tank top and sweat pants at 4AM when I usually get in there lately! I have to tell him he’s just not ready to hit the plates yet. He also is bummed when I don’t share my shakes with him!LOL!!! How friggn’ cute!
Real Estate is slow as everyone knows so I am picking up some hourly work and inspired a couple guys there to start working out.
Now a pet peeve! I have a few friends that stop by from time to time and when they do I get this question: "Hey you till working out?" to which I reply "I thought I was but apparently all the hard work hasn’t paid off yet!" or "If you have to ask that question there’s no point in answering!" Maybe I’m a bit sensitive but come on! So I am devising some new come backs like: "Your eating still out of control?" or "Is your stomach still in the way of tieing your shoes?" and "Is your mouth still speaking uncontrollably?"  Kids……
Ahh I feel better now. So I hope everyone else is kickn’ ass and I will get to all your pages soon….

I haven’t had access to internet recently so I’ve hijacked my buddies computer. Still hittin the gym regularly and showing good results. I am psyched to show some new pics of me and my new partner working out. Going to go for the 300lb press on my bday Dec 29th again. Hope everyone else is good! Also will comment on my attendance to the show in Bonney Lake Washington next chance but I will say Dexter Jackson was there and we shot the shit too!!!

Man, I am so happy to be keeping this momentum going. Even after being sick last week I only missed one workout in 3 weeks. Yesterday was chest day and I was really going for it. I left the gym really pumped up and happy to face the day with that accomplishment behind me. Today was leg day and it was alot easier than the last only due to the consistency I have been having for a while now. I haven’t changed any weight amounts, only reps and I am not exceeding 20 reps until all sets can be performed at 20 reps with relative ease and then I will add weight to bring the rep scheme back down to 10-15 building back up to 20 again. I decided to do this because my quads are strong but have no stamina for long bouts of say squatting logs around the property when I am working like in the timber toss events in Scottland. Not that I am training for that but when I need to saw up a tree I prefer it to be in the open not in the black berries or thick brush and rather than use the truck I like to test myself.

I have still been eating 5-6 times a day and it has really made a difference in my hunger at night. This alone has not made me drop only a small amount a weight. The object is more to create good eating habits which is a huge change from when I used to eat only after my gut was turning and telling me to attack small slow moving animals! LOL!! Anyway, I have done 0 cardio which I need to change to atleast 2 days. I have been doing a ton of hourly work and real estate lately as our market is still strong here. The hourly work has been grueling on some days because of my workouts and I haven’t done physical on a daily basis in a couple years. Infact only the extreme weekend projects were challenging me then. I am going to build a round pen for the wifes horses and I have 10′ telephone poles I need to squat to pick up to get them into the holes and these suckers are HEAVY! I could squat them up into the truck and then slide them up no problem but managing them completely of the ground is out of the question right now. I am hoping to be able to sling one over my shoulder and set it in the hole pretty soon though as the weather is not going to hold out much longer here. Hopefully these leg days will pay off in the next couple of months.

Glad to be up and ready to go on time. 3:35AM, got my shake down, got my 1 liter wide mouth aquafina filled and feeling alive and psyched to build up my legs so these days are more looked forward to. I find myself laying in bed at 3AM trying to talk myself out of these days but I know once I rise I’m commited so I focus on just getting out of bed. I find drinking atleast 12 or more ounces of water before bed makes it so at 3AM I have to piss after turning off my alarm…..now I have to get up (chuckle).

Well, better get to it!

Salute to my AM brothers out there holdn’ it down this morning and those of you serving, have served or will be serving this country of ours!
