ARM DAY
Oh yeah it was a good workout! My girl has religiously got herself up and in the gym for cardio which definitely inspires me and helps me get through the tougher weights. She’s awesome!
So I went in feeling like I did all my workouts and gave each one of them my all that I was accomplished in my week. That feels good and helps make for a better workout to close up this week so I knew I was gonna’ get it!

Strip sets, 21’s etc everything above and anything I can think of to completely burn out my arms.
I also was doing hammer curls and running the rack from 35 down to 5lbs until I had nothing left in me to even curl my arms up. I was so pumped to get through my weights above, bring my dips up and walk out JACKED!!!!
Grind it out and Persevere…
