Living with a female is hard on the diet!!

Living with my wife is hard on my diet. She always has to have cookies, cupcakes, anything really that is sweat just sitting around the house. I am ok with just eating rice, chicken and some other things all the time….but her on the other hand is hard to make happy. But on the flip side it is really hard for me to cook 2 differant meals every night. Its not cheap to do that eather. I guess I just have to start doing that. Only time will tell.

Off for round 1 of 2 today.

People at the gym that WASTE MY TIME!!!

When I train I superset things to keep my heart rate up. I usally do abbs in the middle of the weight training. Well last night I was at the gym and I was clearly using 2 differant equitment. This guy came over and moved my shit out of his way and started using it. This is normally fine. I don’t mind someone working in with me. The problem is that he just sat there on the abb machine and did nothing. I was able to do 3 sets with about 30-45 seconds inbetween and still he hadn’t moved. I asked him if I could work in with him and he said "NO"!!! WTF!!!

Then I was just there and a very slow time. The same guy did it to me AGAIN!!! I wanted to rip his face off. I watched him this time and it took him 10 minutes to do 3 sets!!!! Come on!!!! What the hell is up with that??? If you are going to be at the gym move your ass and get through your stuff. If you want to take your time, thats fine just at least let people work in!!! UGH!!!!

So I am sitting and eating meal #2 of the day in my desk. All 2/3 cup rice, 2 tbps of corn, 2 tbps of green beans and 7 oz of grilled chicken breast. I am trying to keep the diet real real tight. Its what I have to do to get the weight to drop!!

What a hard 3 weeks.

So i have been eating awesome and working out really hard for the past 3 weeks. It went great. I am down 17 lbs and I feel great. Last night I flew off the deep end with my diet. I ate perfect in the morning, but went to the inlaws for Moms day and ate…and ate…and ate. I am guessing 4000 cals. Well now its back on hard. It really isn’t that I am dieting. It is that I have changed my eating habits. Stopped eating late. Eating smaller portions. Stopped drink beer. I feel great. The success that I am nhaving is fueling my progress. I see results it pushes me harder. I still have alot of weight to loose, but I now know what works and that will alow me to keep moving!!!!

Mistake!!!!

So I thought that I would be at home by now….but im not. I didnt bring any food and that was a big mistake. I didn’t plan out my day good. I am starving and I need to leave. We will see!!!!

So this last 5 days has been the week from hell. I was out in my home town hanging with all the guys that I grew up with. Drinking, eating crappy food, staying up late…or early how ever you want to call it…eating crappy food and did I say drinking. I feel like SHIT!!! Im so tired. I cant seem to get my ass up and moving at work today. I dont know how people can do this all the time. I would die if I did. Thank God its over. I have 25 days till my wedding. I think that I can stay on the diet till then…and then once I get back from the honeymoon…its on like donkey kong!!!!

This new side of me

So the past year or so I have been hitting the gym…but not really hard. It has been one of those go in to say I have been to the gym but not really training to see any results. The worst part is that I have been eating like shit. Just what ever I feel like. This action has been horrable on my health. I have blown up to 280 lbs. I was at a solid 240.

This is why I have thought this all through. I am sick of being just big. Big is what I want…but more so I want to be cut. I want muscle but I really want abbs. 2 things that will make this happen. 1 will be my working out. Focusing on the task at hand is what I need to do. Not just lift heavy…but life heavy, get a great sweat on…and DO CARDIO. That is the key to getting were I want to go in the gym. 2 is eating right. Not just going to the cheapest joint to get a burger but planning my meals and taking food with me evdery where. That is the only way that I will see results.

I know that I can do this. It is all about visulsation. I just need to see what it will look like. I need to do what I KNOW that I need to do to loose it all. No more excuses on why I am not doing it. I just need to DO IT, and I WILL!!
