After a weekend of splurging to celebrate my birthday and our 1 year wedding anniversary I am ready to get back on my diet! Time to work off those extra calories!!

This morning was weigh in time. After one week I have lost almost 8 pounds! Im sure lots of it is water especially with it being the first week mixed with the combination of starting my strict diet but it sure helps with motivation! I cannot wait to see what is in store

I started my dieting for my figure competition in November. This was my first week of dieting and I stuck to a very restricted diet of chicken, fish, green beans, ect. I am hoping that I have made some progress when I weigh in on Sunday. I have felt really motivated this week, so hopefully I will have some progress to go with that!
