I took a 2 week break from the gym because i worked out 3 months straight and needed some time to rest. during those 3 months I’m proud to say that I’ve lost over 22 pounds of fat and reshaped a little bit my body.
Let me tell you a little bit about my training:
-I’m advanced
- using a 3 day split (usually):chest,triceps( Monday)| legs, shoulders (Thursday) | back,biceps (Friday)

This Monday was chest day ( didn’t do triceps because i will be working it the same day as biceps using the supersetting techinque)

Incline bench 4 sets tempo : 5-0-3-2
18x 20 kg warm-up
14x 40 kg
10x 50 kg
15x 35 kg
Flat bench press 3 sets tempo : 5-0-3-2
18 x 25 kg
10 x 50 kg
12x 35 kg (<- already started to get tired)
Decline DB press - 3 sets
18x 12 kg/hand
14x 14 kg/hand
10x 16 kg/hand
DB Flyes -3 sets-
Cable Crossovers - 2 sets-

Usually i also do 30 min of HIT cardio but this month i an trying something different - 1 week mass building workouts and diet followed by a week aimed a fat loss ( with tons of cardio) and the repeat the circle - and i tell you how it goes.
