10 oct - one of the best legs training days i had
Today was leg day. I decided to do a a circuit training composed 6 exercises:
- heavy leg presses
-calf raises
- exercise 4 abductor
-exercise 4 adductor
manĀ today was special - i really felt that i had a good enough training session. trying to keep the same intensity up on future training.
