		<description><![CDATA[Went to physical therapy session this morning for the pain i was having in my shoulder and rear lat. at 7:00 this morning!!! Blah. But, I was awakened by the laser treatment I received. Talk about feel good pain.
Still have two to three more sessions to go. And hopefully I will be good as new [...]]]></description>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ok so today i have jury duty. sucks. for once i can finally say i wish i was at work. jury duty in dc is horrible. cattle call city!  and the thing i hate the most, its throwing me off my eating schedule. i was smart enough to make two peanut butter sandwiches, and they made it through security. lol. if i was even smarter, i would have called or checked the website to see what the deal was with food, in terms of a cafeteria or being allowed to bring meals, microwaves, etc.  i guess i will survive on the PBJ.</p>
<p> another thing that is irking the fugg out of me&#8230;.this guy over in the corner that is coughing like it aint no one&#8217;s business. i mean i swear i heard his lung hit the table and flop on the floor of the juror&#8217;s business center area. and if he makes that hocking sound like he is about blow some disgusting phlem bomb one more time, im gonna go get the jury duty proctor and tell her to  send his asss home. </p>
<p> which leads to my title: germs!</p>
<p>does your gym have sani-wipes available to wipe benches and  equipment?  do you use them before and after?</p>
<p>should sick people still go to the gym? (or jury duty. lol)</p>
<p>have you ever gone to the gym sick?</p>
<p> thats it for now. gonna go eat a PBJ sandwich and take my multi.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Its official. MRI results show that I have a herniated disk in lower back, L5 i think. I was so overwhelmed with the results I dont know where in lumbar it is.  Started steroidal treatment today.  We will see what happens physical therapy in about a week. Good news, I can still do some light duty work in gym. Which is fine. Its cutting time for team photo shoot, beach, etc.  No running, which is a bummer. Its my favorite cardio exercise.  Guess I will be moving to the bike, elliptical, and stair machine for that.  Bad news, May 17th contest is most likely out of picture.</p>
<p> Anyone out there with herniated disk problem or stories about recovery/rehab. Please share.</p>

AND PROUD. I AM SO ELATED&#8230;unh huh, i used an SAT word on ya!  obviously im still overjoyed from my three victories last nite at the 2007 OCB Charm City Classic. I kicked butt and won Novice Lightweight (1st Place), Novice Overall (Runner up) and Lightweight Open (3rd Place)&#8230;I busted my ass for 8 weeks. Enduring high stress 12 hour work days and hitting the gym for an hour or so only to return home to do more work&#8230;I sacrificed time, money, relationships and weight&#8230;But it was all worth it as I am sure many of you know!  I can only imaigne how much work professionals in this sport or even repeat competitors feel when they go thru this time after time again. </p>
<p> This was one of the best experiences in my life. it definitely makes the top 5. i met great people. got great support and criticism. overall just awesome.
