TRAPPED
this is late…but hey im still feeling it…friday i decided to up it a little on my trap exercises…i kinda feel they are one of my lacking body parts (insert calves and back here, too)…so i went up on all my shrugs, dumb and bar, and upright rows…i woke up satruday feeling like Atlas…as if I had carried the world on my shoulders…i know its impossible and ridiculous to say, but i think i got traps overnite on saturday…lol..at least it feels that way!!! even on Monday morning.
