it was tough
i usually ‘cheat’ on weekends
i say ‘cheat’ cause im not trying to compete
yet
just challenging myself
but, anyways
i managed to stay away from the usual weekend foods
fries, pizza, etc
ate green salads, with chicken, walnuts
and dressing (oil based, no creams) on the side
its amazing to see restaurant staff laugh at my requests
‘can you supersize the appetizer salad
and add chicken breast and salad dressing on the side’
and
‘does that come REAL whole grain bread’
some places accomodate
no alcohol at all
i dont really drink anything but water anyway
i did have a red bull - yuk!
never again
back to the grind
going to miami in mid-july
birthday 33!
gotta be beach ready
