progress so far
i would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all the comments that i have received. It has been a long few months trying to bulk up as much as possible. I have managed to put on over 25 pounds since nov. I unfortunately put a little bit more fat then i intended but i guess that is all part of the learning process. My goal now is to shed the fat while preserving as much muscle mass as possible. Once the fat is gone i want to try and still build mass while staying lean. I am going to keep lifting heavy while progressively stll get stronger as the weeks go by. As i start to shed the fat i will constantly keep you all posted with progress pics and reports, again thank u all for the comments, it is the biggest motivator anyone use. thanks, Trevor
