i have been traing for a year now, i started bulking in nov of last year, and just started hammering the diet and the weights with just crazy intensity, i have adapting boxing into my resisitance training and have been getting diced as hell. I am not sure if i am going to compete as a boxer but the training makes me feel like a animal, there is nothing better in my opinion than sparring with someone to relieve stress, and to build personal confidance. iam goin to try and still cut body weight just to keep the idea of possibly fighting competitively an option. I am currently at 165lbs, and am working on getting down to 150lbs, with maintaining as much muscle mass as possible so i can just demolish the competition.

i would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all the comments that i have received. It has been a long few months trying to bulk up as much as possible. I have managed to put on over 25 pounds since nov. I unfortunately put a little bit more fat then i intended but i guess that is all part of the learning process. My goal now is to shed the fat while preserving as much muscle mass as possible. Once the fat is gone i want to try and still build mass while staying lean. I am going to keep lifting heavy while progressively stll get stronger as the weeks go by. As i start to shed the fat i will constantly keep you all posted with progress pics and reports, again thank u all for the comments, it is the biggest motivator anyone use. thanks, Trevor
