need so advice, Currently not at my normal location and I am not getting the workout I need or am use to, what do you do FOR EXERCISE, or eat or substitute for a workout while traveling, also being in the military all gyms are free  to us, what is the going rate for a yearly fee or what do they charge for using the gym in the private sector, just trying to see how much i am saving for not having to pay for a membership fee.

Had a great chest workout today, hit my max with 6 reps of 250, still trying  to get up there. tomorrow will be a little cardio of 2 miles in the scorching heat of Iraq, Back and Triceps.
