achieved a personal best which was a 20min jog no stop on sat. and today i did a 1hr 20min bushwalk. going good..

went really well again. got the jog up to about 3mins in every 10. i got frustrated today cause i prepared all these healthy meals for work lunch but left them in the fridge! but i still ate well today. i was actually on a bit of a high after the workout.

went well, the first 10mins were difficult but then i felt momentum kick in, got in to a jog towards the end (5mins ..that was hard I tell you. im very unfit. ) but looking forward to being able to jog for 30min. Then 60min!

alcohol is out. do prepare and plan (and cook healthy meals). Do avoid likely binge events and do just excercise (each day).

well all quite well. have formed new eating habit. in ketosis. feeling pretty stable. 4 day a week training starts tomorrow.

well yes the first day of many begins. All well. I ate well , straight into the atkins foods, which i must say is not the worst type of diet regeime. I am looking fwd to my first training session tomorrow night. Today was an odd day to start a programme like this; today was a thursday; and the coldest day this whole year - but maybe its a good thing to start on a different day!? I hope I have the willpower to make it to day 120 and be writing my finishing note then.

Ok well here we are at the start of the journey. My goal is a long way off but many daily steps will get me there. I think the main importance is to keep consitency with diet and training. This week’s goal is to form new (good) habits
