Walking my way healthy
Monday, March 24th, 2008Today I walked 7 miles and I feel great! I am able to walk without getting extremely tired so I am hoping I can go even farther or either walk faster. Right now 7 miles takes 2hrs. I am going to try for 10 miles once this week. I love the way i feel when I walk it is a time to relax and talk to God. Life can be so stressful sometimes. When I strap on the weight vest and pedometer, put on my ipod and listen to music, it truly gives me joy.
My workout was
7.1 miles, 16,000 steps, 1000 cals, 2hrs.
I will post pictures of my progress I would love encouragement.
