My week of training
Last week I was tues 9.3 miles, monday 3 miles, went to the gym on thursday b/c it was raining outside. I did 50min of cardio and some weight training. I need to be more disciplined about my weights and eating. On Sunday I walked for and hour and 10 minutes with 30 pounds(4miles)…16mile week. I am trying to move faster because quickness out weighs distance so hopefully I will be jogging more in the nest couple of weeks. i got sick on thursday and friday.That sucks. Hopefully i will have some more pics soon. Monday I went to the gym and changed it up with the stair climber for 20min, elliptical for 25, and the row for the last 15 min. I did some pilates and ab work then i hit the weights. I am getting more consistant with my workouts but once again the eating is a hard thing to conquer. Better luck tomorrow!
