Whey/Creatine together or not

I allways used to think you take your Creatine and your protein Shake after your workout.. I read plenty of articles in Magizines such as Muscle Mag, Muscle & Fitness,etc… Recently I’ve read a couple of articles saying that one should not take the two together stating that they will fight each other for absorption.. In turn not getting the most out of either… I’m really confused about this could I get some good info or comments on this subject.

About 3 days ago I started taking NaNO Vapor… Talk about being ready for war it brought my workout to a whole new level.. It was like taking a liquid shot of adreniline ( Ok mabe not like that, but you get the picture). I just can’t wait to see what the gains are after 2 to 4 weeks… If its anything like 4 days then were in for some ass kicking…

Plus I started taking Cell Tech & Nitro Tech the same day 4 pounds in 4 Days not bad….I want that 7 in 7 that it tells me I’ll keep you posted on that…. Also did triceps today once again my favorite Muscle Group….Jammed out to a little 30 Seconds To Mars. Got me ready for the fight, looking forward to legs 2-Morrow with the Vapors..

Legs

I  did legs today good workout took alot out of me has legs allways do. For the longest time I’d do legs heavy with no change at all the I read this article in Muscle & Fitness about some people have trouble getting there legs to grow with heavy training and to switch it up to reps of 12-15 even some 20 rep sets…Then I start to notice a difference.. I think alot of it had to do with now tell me if I’m wrong that for many years I was a x-Country runner and in track I would run the 800/4×8 relay/mile run/and 2 mile run  all in one week… my legs got used to that plus some pratices with 10 mile runs so my legs where trained for that. So when it came time for me to decide that I wanted to beef up my legs would have a serious obsticle… Well I won’t get to write for a while or possible work out not till Monday that is have to go North of St Paul Minnesota for work for the weekend the town where staying at Population 847 doudt they have a gym but these days you never know the town I lift in right now Population 900 to 1,000… So there is hope later.

Shoulders

This mourning I hit shoulders…coming back from a shoulder injury, this is the first time that I’ve really done shoulders heavy since then…My left (which is the one I hurt I pulled my anterior delt) felt a little sore but it felt more like soreness from not lifting heavy in awhile… After my workout my shoulders felt good and man are they sore now…Next week I’ll start doing some partials, we’ll see how it is under some real pressure. One thing I’ve learned from injuries, which most weight lifters get with time…. You learn the difference between good and bad pain… 2-morrow we start working from 5 in the mourning till 3 in the afternoon Mon-thurs…Where back working at the shop and not on the road… I’ll be working this till june 11th. So there goes my mourning lifting, back to nights.

Triceps

Today in the gym I hit triceps (my favorite bodypart). At first I was pretty sluggish but after I threw some Evansblue in the CD Player it pumped me up for another war. The only thing that suxs when I lift is that I have no spotter for when I’m lifting.(I live in a small town and basically when I’m lifting I’m the only one in there.. I have a problem when I do skull crushers it hurts my elbows if any body has a suggestion for a replacement exercise don’t be afraid to share it.
