yeah bro keep them deadlifts heavy, Squat Heavy, Bench Heavy and incorporate some Olympic Movements(Cleans, Snatches etc).
Try Adding "Waximaze" to your pre-(and/or)post workout shakes. if you look it up on this site- they will explain how it can really add strength and size to your hard work

heavy compounds followed with just one or two isolation has worked for me, and i had the same problem. i just kinda ignored it and followed that - and they came along as the rest did. just remember everyone is different, whatever you are doing, isnt working from what you are saying, so try something new. theres only so many options, one of them will work out perfectly for ya. only other advice is dont over work them :).

Lil Amazon is pretty much dead on! In addition, add some NO &amp; GLUTAMINE to your SUPPS. Make sure you are doing all the COMPOUND lifts throughout the week. Do a BI/TRI split ONLY once a week! You use your arms during all other BODY PART days. EVEN SQUATS make my arms pop out sometimes. Good Luck, Dave.

it's ok man i know how you feel. When i was trying to get my body fat % down it took a while . But what i did is i kept working hard and found ways to fik my porblem.
What you got to do is
 1. be patient
 2. do cardio in your workout combined with lifting
 3. get protien before and after you workout since your trying to build muscle.
4.try chinups and dips as well as lifting that way your building strength as well
 5. Lift non consecutively. Workout every other day that way your muscles heal and you can co hard again on the same muscles.
 That's all i pretty much got . If i help that's cool but if i didn't i'm sorry.

Thanks for the info guys. I am waiting till my next pay check and I am going to try a few things. I heard SizeOn from Gaspari works pretty well, and I think I might try the dark rage for a preworkout, noxplode and superpump didnt hit me like the add's say it should. I think my body is immune to stimulants. lol

I've never tried the Anator p70 just because of the price, and now with your description I don't think I ever will! Just try and keep it simple, pre workout use like Superpump or NOXplod (any nitrous product), and then a good creatine product after like Cellmass (my favorite). The thing that pisses me off with all these other things is that they cost soooo much, and as soon as you quit taking them, all the gains go away. Keep your protein intake high, and throw in some cardio 3-4 times a week as soon as you wake up to attack the bodyfat. Your pictures look good man, keep pounding it.
