I am looking to get Tim Tebow’s build, I dont want a rippling cut up bodybuilder look like I originally was trying too. I dont think its in my genetics. But I think possibly I could get built like Tim Tebow. I am getting a thick wide back with some good traps so if any one has a good workout routine that would get me that raw rugged look like he has. please send em my way! I have around 3 maybe 4 days a week total where I can be in the Gym, so need it to be a good workout plan! I also will start doing more cardio maybe next month, after the Dr. clears me for running again! I am only able to walk right now because I had a fasciotomy on both my shins. So whatever I have to do I will do it, if any one can help me out here! Thanks, and God Bless!

So I know it may be hard, but I am really looking to get Tim Tebow’s build I am 6′1. 205 right now, like 34 35 inch waste, but wanting to keep it there or even a little less. but I am looking to bulk up some. Should I really start doing dead lifts more, and squats or whatever? I mean if thats really what it takes for good mass I am down! Just want some opinions on that. I already have a good back workout thats doing great things for me. Just have to find the time for my chest and legs, and my little tiny arms! lol if any one has a 3-4 day per week workout for some mass please let me know ASAP!!!

I am heading back to the gym on Monday, my legs feel strong enough now to be able to hold some weight, so I think I will start out a little slow at first to get a good feel for them, make sure its not going to hurt me. But if I am good, then its hard and heavy! If any one has a good 4-6 week training program to get me back into shape quick. let me know! I dropped about 30 lbs in 2 months from not lifting and my ****ty diet from all the pills making my stomach knots all the time! So getting my diet back up to where it needs to be ,and starting out pretty lean. around 205 lbs right now. so I want to get just lean clean muscle and some thickness back! so all advice or workout plans are excepted haha! let me know me know what you guys have!!!

I mean I have found tons of pages that sell them online but I dont want to go through the wrong company and end up with a rip off piece of junk or have to wait a month for it to come in. Want a dependable company that people can say they trust.

I am honestly pissed off the last few days. Well longer then a few days, but more so the last 3-4 days. mainly because I have been working my ass off with my bi’s trying to get them to grow, and I see a slight increase in mass in my arms, just on the tape measurer. but they are still just so absent! I have a little bit of tri’ development coming in. to where the long head of my tri’s is rounding up now and I can notice it seperate from the rest. But my bi’s are just so freakin horrible! when I hold my arm straight down to flex my tri’s, its like I have no bicept at all! its a straight line down the front, and I have been doing everything I have read or been told to tri. and am to a point to where I am just so frustrated I dont know what to do. and for any one who reads this and says over training, its not that because for about 2 months I didnt even train bi’s and they look the same now that they do then. at first I did back one day, then bi’s and tri%2

But my bi’s are just so freakin horrible! when I hold my arm straight down to flex my tri’s, its like I have no bicept at all! its a straight line down the front, and I have been doing everything I have read or been told to tri. and am to a point to where I am just so frustrated I dont know what to do. and for any one who reads this and says over training, its not that because for about 2 months I didnt even train bi’s and they look the same now that they do then. at first I did back one day, then bi’s and tri’s one day and legs and chest one day, and then like a rest day or so and start it over. but then I went to back one day, bi’s and tri’s, rest day, bi’s and cavles. chest and uper legs. and it felt great, I thought I Was getting some where, and I put on like half an inch. but I flex my arms and my bi’s are there but they just aren’t coming up, they have no shape at all! and its annoying the hell out of me! I want to be standing still relaxed and be able to say, hey I have some bi there, you can see it! but maybe its not in my future to have mind blowing bi’s, but at least a little curve to them would be good enough for me!
