Tim Tebow’s look
So I know it may be hard, but I am really looking to get Tim Tebow’s build I am 6′1. 205 right now, like 34 35 inch waste, but wanting to keep it there or even a little less. but I am looking to bulk up some. Should I really start doing dead lifts more, and squats or whatever? I mean if thats really what it takes for good mass I am down! Just want some opinions on that. I already have a good back workout thats doing great things for me. Just have to find the time for my chest and legs, and my little tiny arms! lol if any one has a 3-4 day per week workout for some mass please let me know ASAP!!!
