better from surgery, now its gym time!
Saturday, September 12th, 2009I am heading back to the gym on Monday, my legs feel strong enough now to be able to hold some weight, so I think I will start out a little slow at first to get a good feel for them, make sure its not going to hurt me. But if I am good, then its hard and heavy! If any one has a good 4-6 week training program to get me back into shape quick. let me know! I dropped about 30 lbs in 2 months from not lifting and my ****ty diet from all the pills making my stomach knots all the time! So getting my diet back up to where it needs to be ,and starting out pretty lean. around 205 lbs right now. so I want to get just lean clean muscle and some thickness back! so all advice or workout plans are excepted haha! let me know me know what you guys have!!!
