I am pissed at my arms

I am honestly pissed off the last few days.  Well longer then a few days, but more so the last 3-4 days. mainly because I have been working my ass off with my bi’s trying to get them to grow, and I see a slight increase in mass in my arms, just on the tape measurer. but they are still just so absent! I have a little bit of tri’ development coming in. to where the long head of my tri’s is rounding up now and I can notice it seperate from the rest. But my bi’s are just so freakin horrible! when I hold my arm straight down to flex my tri’s, its like I have no bicept at all! its a straight line down the front, and I have been doing everything I have read or been told to tri. and am to a point to where I am just so frustrated I dont know what to do.  and for any one who reads this and says over training, its not that because for about 2 months I didnt even train bi’s  and they look the same now that they do then.  at first I did back one day, then bi’s and tri%2

    it’s ok man i know how you feel. When i was trying to get my body fat % down it took a while . But what i did is i kept working hard and found ways to fik my porblem.
    What you got to do is
    1. be patient
    2. do cardio in your workout combined with lifting
    3. get protien before and after you workout since your trying to build muscle.
    4.try chinups and dips as well as lifting that way your building strength as well
    5. Lift non consecutively. Workout every other day that way your muscles heal and you can co hard again on the same muscles.
    That’s all i pretty much got . If i help that’s cool but if i didn’t i’m sorry.

    Lil Amazon is pretty much dead on! In addition, add some NO & GLUTAMINE to your SUPPS. Make sure you are doing all the COMPOUND lifts throughout the week. Do a BI/TRI split ONLY once a week! You use your arms during all other BODY PART days. EVEN SQUATS make my arms pop out sometimes. Good Luck, Dave.

    heavy compounds followed with just one or two isolation has worked for me, and i had the same problem. i just kinda ignored it and followed that - and they came along as the rest did. just remember everyone is different, whatever you are doing, isnt working from what you are saying, so try something new. theres only so many options, one of them will work out perfectly for ya. only other advice is dont over work them :) .
