back day-Sunday

Monday, June 15th, 2009

So Yesterday was my favorite day of the week!!! Back day at the gym!! I always feel so accomplished after a good back day, not sure what it is, maybe its because I am trying to get higher thicker traps. or wider lats and I see those as one of the key elements of a strong looking person or what, but I love it!  I start with pull ups. wide grip, every time! try to do at least 3 sets of 8 or so usually more on the very 1st set.  Then 3 sets of close grip around the same amount of reps.  I am not a very light person so its a struggle, especially when I gained 10 lbs in the last few weeks do to not being able to do cardio.  But its awesome, then I move on to T bar rows. back extensions, dumb bell shrugs, and last, BARBELL shrugs! my favorite move for traps.  I hit 315 yesterday for 2 sets of 8 after doing 225 for 4 sets of 10, alternate grips.  I am really feeling that today! my traps are very sore, actually I am feeling my entire back today, like I can feel every muscle fiber almost!  Its awesome!  I  know guys who hate working out but get huge and cut and just amazing! and someone like me, I love working out! I could do it all day every day if I could, but its hard for me to get bigger clean muscle.

supplement help, experts read please.

I used anator p 70 back in 2007 and actually it worked well for me, except for I couldn’t more for 20-30 minutes after drinking it for fear of throwing it back up because it taste like purple cow shit mixed with yogurt. anyway lol, I was wondering if any one could tell me what products I could buy that would give me the results, I really responded well to this horrible tasting shit, but its so damn expensive, and gross to drink. I have a bad gag reflex, so I can’t drink thick nasty shit like this. So a guyonce told me how to duplicate it by buying my own products so if any one know’s, let me know. so I can try it out. Thanks in advance!

did back day, 1 day early! I was bored lol

So Monday is my back day ,but I was pretty bored today sitting at home broke as a joke! So I headed for the gym, and knocked out my back day 1 day early. Now the question is. Do I go tomorrow and do my arms like I would do tuesday, or wait until tuesday? I am opting for just doing it tomorrow, gives me an extra day to play around this week, so we’ll see! But I started with pullups like usual, and felt really heavy today, but my tbar rows, dumbell shrugs and barbell shrugs and back extensions all were up weight, so after I weighed myself, and I was up 7 lbs from last thursday or whenever.  I must have been at the light part of my day and below normal, and today above my normal weight. I could really tell on the pulls ups. But its ok just 7 more lbs added to my pull ups! so it should actually help me a little pulling the extra weight.   Well thats enough rambling for now. have a good one every body.

first week of new routine.

So Monday the 1st I started a new routine. I am going to do bi’s 2 times a week.  So monday is back, tuesday will be bi’s adn tri’s, wednesday is cardio or nothing. thursday bi’s again, Friday chest and legs.  I dont really do shoulders and my chest workout is like bench press and pushups. I have some bad shoulders right now so I dont really work them too much, just trying to keep my pushup strenght since I am military.  I am also trying to drop the fat off my stomach!  I am around 35.5 inches abdominal.  just around my belly button area.  Thats where the AF measures us and its true, I look like im pregnant somedays lol.  Just trying to do more abs and stuff to get it flattend out! I also have a spine that curves in toward my stomach so it makes my stomach push out.  So posture needs worked on hard core too.  Scoliosis is a bitch! lol  Well anyway, thats where I am now!  Want to build my bi’s because they are pathetic, and I want to keep building my back up, its growing pretty well, and drop the fat level down. its 95% in my stomach area! lol
