my Bi’s suck!

no kidding, I read every magazine on the shelfs at the store, I read bodybuilding post all day long on things to do for arms. but I just must not understand, because I am doing what everything and every one say’s but not having any luck with my arms! a little bit of shape coming to the Tri’s but my Bi’s, wow!! pathetic actually! especially my left bi’ its like a limp noodle lol.. I am getting shape in my back pretty easily and I have always had a big chest. so it makes my arms look even smaller with a wider thicker back and chest to go with these twigs! any help here would be appreciated!  I am just looking for more advice so hopefully I can find that one thing I am missing! I need thick bi’s that are bulging! well more like want, dont really need lol. just want! I am willing to try any thing! right now I do this on arm day

Barbell curls, warm up 65lbs x 21’s. 1st set 85 x 12, 95 x 10 100 x8 95 x 8( or if I am feeling it 95 x failure)

close grip bench press (love it) etc. etc. fav. tri move.

last week I did curls with the ez bar, fairly heavy weight. but was going for more of a feel and good negatives. 1st time doing these as my 2nd bi move. actually think it was good to add.

over head cable press-with rope. not super heavy. use good form. burns like a son of a bitch!

concentration curls, one arm at a time-heavy enough but strict form. dont skimp on either!

push downs with 45degree bar.

and on a good day I finish bi’s with lying down cable curls, if you dont know what i mean. I get a bench and lay down on it and curl with a cable, down toward my head. I like these. but not sure if its doing anyything.

and my tri work varies as well, if I feel it I do somethign else like reverse push downs or over head dumbless or dips or something.
