Chest help, shoulder pain!! all can throw out advice, please!

ok since like, 2002, I have had this shoulder thing, every doctor say’s its just soreness from over lifting, ok, so for 7 years I have been overlifting? give me a damn break! I have done all the rehab shit, and rested, ice, all that crap, but nothing really helps! sometimes give it, it doesn’t hurt! but 6 days out of 7 there is discomfort, I can live with it, unless I am lifting.  So I was wondering, I already have a bigger chest for my size, is there anything I can do to not put as much strain on my shoulder, but still build my chest?  I can build my back and chest pretty well, but I usually have to take a chest day off every now and then.  So should I just worry more about my arms which are lagging and mearly just try to bulk up my falling behind arms?  and just maintain my chest? or is there anything I can do, I mean, I can only go to so many dr’s who keep telling me its not ever going to be better than it is now.  So any advice from any one can really help me out here!  I would be happy with just maintaining my chest and building up everything else if I have too, but of course, I want to be huge! just might not be in the books for me to be much larger then 210 though! but like I said, any advice would be great!!!!!!
