so out of shape!
Monday, February 4th, 2008so its been a month or 2 since I have been able to really go to the gym! I mean I have went a few times here and there which was almost pointless. So today I went and did a little chest, which wasn’t bad at first, got up to 185 on my 3rd set which isn’t bad seeing how its been 2 months since I have benched and I have never been a heavy bencher. then on decline bench I was already burnt out in my triceps which is always a strong muscle for me, so that really show’s how weak I have gotten. So hopefully I can get some strength back quick! Ran with a friend I was lifting with after that, and wow! smoking sucks kids, dont do it! I ran 2 laps on a track that is 10 laps for a mile, and then had to walk a lap! and then ran 2 more. so half a mile and I thought I was going to puke and pass out I got light headed! wow it was pretty weak, I feel like a bitch! well any way, going to try and stretch and not throw up at the same time! fill ya’ll in later
