back to basics
Friday, November 9th, 2007Well I have been lifting a few days a week now, trying to get back into a reutine! I did arms again today, and must say I feel pretty strong on arms day, mainly in my biceps which have never ben my strong suite! actually I dont even know if I have something I am stronger at then other, unless my tri’s would count. I have usually been pretty stong there, in my own standars comparing to my other body parts. any way, back on the NO explode, that seems to be some good stuff, helps with the extra energy I need, since I seem to never have any now a days! I hope to keep up and only push my self harder as the months go by from now, I have my own stuff in my garage for those days I cant make it to the gym, which 90 percent of the time I can’t, having 2 kids and a wife that works! So im basically just doing the basic stuff. bench press, bicep work, tri work, a little back and a little shoulders, Not sure how legs are goi ngto work out since I dont have a squat rack, but I do have a seated calf machine, go figure right? well I will update in a week or 2!
