working out
Saturday, August 25th, 2007Well its been a week on my animal pak and stak combo, nothing huge so far, just a few days where I felt like I could lift forever! and I tried too haha, my diet hasn’t been that great though, not taking in many calories through out the day like I was before, but its ok because I have a fat stomach so I have to try and get that down, for myself, and for my pt test in like 3 weeks! I have to start doing some running to get into shape in time so I can past this damn thing and not mess up my career! The military is big on your ability to run a certain distance in a certain amount of time, and want every male to have a 32 inch waiste, anything else is just too big! and for my height a little over 6 feet, and my weight about 212 or 215 im considered obese according to air force standards! although my BF% is only like 13 or so… they dont take into consideration that muscle weighs more then fat, and if you lift a lot and get bigger muscles your going to weigh more then someone thats extremely thin and weak and shit. and being thin and weighing next to nothing, doens’t mean you are in better shape, but nothing I can do about the idiots who created all these fitness rules, all I know is I honestly am out of running shape, although I lift a lot and can knock the pushups and sits ups out, with the max more then likely. running isn’t something I like doing and I rarely do it any more, being 23 with 2 kids and a sexy wife, kinda ties up the time needed to realy get out and run a lot. well thats about it for now!
