We finally made it home at around 4 pm on july 27th!!! It was great getting to kiss my wife and hold my kids again! My son was kinda strange at first but after about an hour he was fine and him my daughter and I just hung all over each other until we went to bed.  Going to take a few days to catch up with every one and get a little rest before I start back lifting, but I will let every one know more later!

This is my last week in the hot sun!  I can finally go home to my family and get some R&R!!  I will not be on till then to update anything, but as soon as im back into a groove in the states I will make sure to update all my stats and write some more blogs on my progress.
