Im getting too fat
Saturday, June 9th, 2007I now have a 38 inch waist, which being in the Air Force isn’t a good thing. They expect 32 or less for pt score max points. Anything above that the points go way way down! lets say 32 gives you 10 points 33 gives you 8 34 is 6 36 is 4 and my 38 is like 2 points! which means, I would have to do 75 pushups at least! 75 situps at least, and run my 1.5 mile in under 9 minute to get a good score. And I can’t run that fast, so I guess I am going to have my hands full with some cardio and decreasing my calories. I like to get in around 5000 a day at least for mass gains, but guess im going to have to cut down to about 3500 or so and do more cardio while maintaining my current weight lifting plan. Well if any one has a secret to how I can keep putting on muscle mass while decreasing calories and increasing cardio let me know!
