ARMS DAY
Thursday, May 3rd, 2007I didnt hit my biceps today as hard as I usually do, but I hit my triceps pretty damn good!
BB curls 65lbs x 10 warmup… 95lbs x 10 95lbs X 8 75X 8 65X12 with a long squize on each one
Prease curls 75x 8 85×8 95×6 75×8
seated hammer curls 40×8 3 sets
cable push downs. not sure on weight because its not lbs on the cable machines but 2 sets of 15 for a warmup set
skull crushers. 75×10 85×8 105 x 6 85 x 8 75 x 10
over head extensions 60×10 70×8 80×8
close grip bench press 135×10 165×8 135 x 10
cable push down, heavy as I can handle x 10 lowerd one plate x 8 lower 1 plate x 8 heavy as possible x 6 and drop set x 6 x 6 x8
BB curls and preacher curls are my fav. for biceps, and hammer curls are amazing too
the over head extensions feel the best when I do tri’s.
